I'm fairly new to this game... been on a week and i'm only at the acadamy mission where u have to ambush the charr.

And i'm confused... just when i was starting to understand (lol)

Could someone pleeeeease explain the whole Mad King / Halloween thing to me in really really clear and simple terms. (im not very quick)
